1828 - "Mark as Known Issue" and "Mark as Declined - <reason>"
What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
Add "Mark as Known Issue" to the Open Statuses and add "Mark as Declined - <reason>" with the red X to the Closed statuses where <reason> is an edit box that the author can type in whatever reason he/she desires or is a drop-down containing phrases like "Unable to Duplicate", "Blizzard Restriction", etc.
Please provide any additional information below.

Zasurus Sat, 26 Sep 2009 09:58:21This would be good for duplicate tickets especially if you could link this ticket to the original one and mark as closed or something. So the user who added it knows why it is closed and can then watch the original ticket instaed.
